Noida's food and beverage sector has added a new entrant with the launch of Colosseum, an all-day dining restaurant in Sector 117 that combines a bakery, café and multi-cuisine dining experience under one roof.
The restaurant has been developed around a hospitality-led concept that combines dining, bakery offerings and social experiences in a single destination. The space features double-height ceilings, arches, pendant lighting and curated artwork, positioning itself as a venue for a range of dining occasions throughout the day.
In addition to its restaurant operations, Colosseum houses an artisan bakery serving freshly baked breads, viennoiseries, pastries and desserts. The food menu features dishes inspired by Mediterranean, Asian, Continental and Indian cuisines, while the beverage programme includes specialty coffees and handcrafted drinks. The restaurant is targeting multiple consumer occasions, including coffee meetings, business lunches, family dining and social gatherings.
"We wanted Colosseum to be more than just a restaurant— it was envisioned as a warm, thoughtfully designed space where people could slow down, connect and create memorable moments," said Radhey Shyam.
"The artisan bakery reflects our passion for craftsmanship, with every bread, pastry and handcrafted dessert freshly prepared to bring quality and authenticity to every guest's experience," said Sanjay Khanna.
Colosseum officially opened on 26th July and marks another addition to Noida's growing organised dining market, where operators are increasingly combining bakery, café and restaurant formats to cater to evolving consumer preferences.
