Brigade Hotel Ventures Names Vinay Gupta CEO as Company Steps Up Post-Listing Expansion

Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) has appointed Vinay Gupta as Chief Executive Officer as the hospitality company moves into its next phase of growth following its recent listing. Gupta will oversee BHVL’s operations and growth strategy, including its hospitality portfolio and business expansion initiatives. His appointment comes as the company builds its leadership structure following the listing.

Gupta brings experience across hotel management, operations and asset performance. Before joining BHVL, he was associated with InterGlobe Hotels and Accor, where he led the transformation and repositioning of a 22-hotel portfolio. His work there focused on revenue growth, operational efficiency and leadership development across the network.

He also managed a portfolio of more than 25 hotels across India for SAMHI Hotels, working with international hospitality brands including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, and IHG Hotels and Resorts. His career has included General Manager and senior leadership positions with Hilton, Accor and Mirvac across India and Australia, along with professional experience in the UAE and the UK.

An alumnus of IHM Pusa, the University of Central Lancashire and Lancaster University, Gupta will now lead BHVL as the company evaluates expansion opportunities and works to strengthen its hospitality portfolio in India.
