Wyndham Garden Expands in Türkiye With Antalya Opening and 93-Room Istanbul Hotel

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is expanding its Wyndham Garden portfolio in Türkiye with the opening of Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı and the upcoming launch of Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina. The Istanbul property is scheduled to open in October 2026 with 93 rooms, marking the brand’s entry into the city.

The two developments expand Wyndham Garden’s presence across both leisure and urban markets in Türkiye, with the brand targeting destinations that serve business and leisure demand.

Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı opened in July in Antalya’s Konyaaltı district. The property is located 8 kilometres from Antalya’s Old Town, 3 kilometres from Konyaaltı Beach and 20 kilometres from Antalya Airport. The 83-room hotel includes standard rooms, single-floor and duplex suites, family rooms and an accessible room, along with units designed for extended stays with separate living areas and kitchenettes.

The hotel has an outdoor pool, spa with a Turkish bath and sauna, fitness centre and restaurant with a pool-facing terrace. Its two meeting rooms can accommodate a total of 85 guests. The six-floor property is owned and operated by Edmus Turizm Otel İşletmeciliği Ticaret Limited Şirketi under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

The next addition will be Wyndham Garden İstanbul Tuzla Marina on Istanbul’s Anatolian side. Expected to open in October 2026, the 93-room property will be positioned near the city’s maritime, business and leisure activity. It will be located close to Viaport Marina and Tuzla Shipyard, while Güzelyalı Marmaray station is 300 metres away. Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is 12 kilometres from the hotel.

The hotel, owned and operated by Steel Ant Grup Yapı Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, will include three meeting rooms, a spa with a Turkish bath and sauna, and a restaurant serving international cuisine.

Wyndham currently has more than 130 hotels across nearly 50 cities in Türkiye operating under 11 brands, making it the largest hotel company in the country by number of hotels. The company has more than 40 hotel projects under development in Türkiye.

Other Wyndham Garden properties operating in the country include Wyndham Garden Lara in Antalya, Wyndham Garden Çambaşı in Ordu and Wyndham Garden Diyarbakır. The Antalya opening and Istanbul project add to the brand’s expansion across established leisure destinations and major urban markets.

The developments also highlight Wyndham’s franchise-led growth strategy in Türkiye, with the company working with local owners while providing access to its global distribution, technology, loyalty and commercial platforms.
