Gurgaon based, nutrition tech start-up, First Eat- For Your Health, has forayed into corporate segment by adding health tuck shops as a robust revenue channel.

Mannat Wadehra, Co-Founder, First Eat, said, "An average individual spends majority of the time at work. At First Eat, we are trying to build a healthy nutrition consumption habit at workplaces. One of our premium accounts is with PepsiCo HQ in Gurugram, wherein we are serving calorie counted and nutrient controlled meals for employees over the counter, through a dedicated health food outlet.”

Rishabh Tickoo Co-Founder, First Eat, said, “The corporate presence coupled with subscription model has been a vital tool for us to enhance our operational efficiency massively. It brings in the big element of demand predictability and further aids the inventory planning and delivery scheduling. This model offers the huge benefit of revenue prediction through recurring sales as well. Additionally, this model brings to the table, the boon of easy calculation of lifetime value of a customer, inventory management, flexibility in scaling and resource allocation.”

First Eat provides a platform for users to know the right diet, and subscribe to healthy meal/diet plans. This facility is available on the First Eat app on Android & IOS. The startup is eyeing to increase its corporate foot hold by 3 times in the next 5-6 months.

Wadehra added, "Our aim is to provide healthy meals to users at an individual level and at a group level. We also conduct employee wellness programs to generate awareness about the importance of nutrition consumption when food intake is concerned. So far our endeavour has received very encouraging feedback from leading corporate in Gurugram."
