Also Introduced Delhi’s new Bakehouse Comfort and cloud brand Juicy Lucy Burgers from the house of Café Delhi Heights.

Vikrant Batra, is an entrepreneur who has not only been a trendsetter in the restaurant industry but also the one to gift Delhi its first ever buzzing Café along with Pan Indian cuisine Dhansoo Cafe, Bake House Comfort and Cloud brand Juicy Lucy Burgers. Food has always been the forte and the key feature of his brands. He believes in not only understanding the palette of the audience but also innovating and experimenting with it in the most comfortable manner. Vikrant Batra, is a graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University, has completed a Restaurant Management course from the University of California & completed his MBA from Fore School of Management. Starting off by working in his inherited business at Batra Banquets, Batra opened his first Delhi Heights Restaurant in Rajouri Garden in 2009. Vikrant has definitely proved to be someone who can be looked up to, as an inspiration in every way. He did not cease to expand his ideologies and businesses till the Cafe's, but advanced further with global restaurants and banquets.
