Shivam Shahi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters,
India’s largest specialty coffee brand, where he currently leads retail operations,
production, supply chain and technology divisions. Shivam has been an integral part of Blue
Tokai’s success story, ever since he joined the company in 2015. With a strong educational
and professional background, he has successfully navigated the company across business
strategy, project management, process design, business operations and tech product
management. With his clear and focused business vision, Blue Tokai has expanded its presence
across different format stores pan India and strengthened its omni-channel approach.
An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology, Shivam pursued his post-graduation from
University of Alberta with focus on Technology and Engineering. Prior to joining Blue Tokai,
he has worked with start-ups like BiteClub and Spareta spanning operations and business
strategies. He has also worked with the University of Alberta as a research engineer.
If not crunching numbers and solving problems, Shivam is playing a game of cricket or
spending long hours with friends at a Blue Tokai café.
