A graduate in Marketing and Finance from Monash University, Australia, he also holds an MBA from IIPM in Delhi. A firm believer of the words, “learning should never stop”, Mr Agarwal has equipped himself with multiple short courses, the latest ones being a detailed course in Digital Marketing in 2019 and Brand Building in 2020.
Highly skilled in Sales Ability, Business Strategy and Business Development, Mr Shammi Agarwal is constantly trying to improve his skill set and knowledge of the business world. It is through his tireless efforts that Pansari Group’s manufacturing and distribution channels have been streamlined, expanded and enhanced.
Having past work experience in organizations like Brindley Marketing, AER Australia, and Punjab National Bank, Mr Agarwal got the right head start to his career that later led him to hone his skills and knowledge while also solely managing all domestic and brand operations at Pansari Group. He is currently managing a team of 700+ people.
Mr Agarwal has grown the market space for Pansari Group while ensuring they stay true to the core and ethical beliefs that the business was set up with. His vision for Pansari Group is that while they expand their market as a commodity centric company, they also capture and impact the needs of the newer generation. This includes products and mixes that help ease the daily cooking process in every household.
Not only has Mr Agarwal focused on evolving the product line, but he also has taken over the digital space occupied by the company. He is building a robust digital community that recognizes Pansari Group’s products as the solution to home cooking..
