Born into the CSJS Group of Companies, established in 1880, Dr. Grover is the fifth
generation in his family
business. His father, a constant source of inspiration, encouraged him to excel in every
endeavor. Dr.
Grover's professional journey began in 2001 with import-export, followed by a successful
venture into the
music industry in 2005. In 2013, he launched Café Green, a European concept coffee bar,
which gained
widespread acclaim.
In 2018, Dr. Grover revolutionized the culinary landscape with Amritsar Haveli, A
traditional Punjabi
Restaurant chain. Known for its quality and hygiene, the brand rapidly expanded to over 40
restaurants
across India, with plans to open 100 more by 2026 through franchising. His commitment to
innovation has
also led to new brands like Samore Coffee and Italian Pizza House.
Dr. Grover’s accolades include the Most Dynamic Entrepreneur of North India (Indian Business
