A visionary entrepreneur and hospitality innovator, Rajan Sethi leads Bright Hospitality
Private Limited (BHPL) as its Managing Director. In his current role, he orchestrates the
company's strategic growth and culinary innovation initiatives.
As a Managing Director, Rajan spearheads critical organizational initiatives including
market analysis, strategic expansion, and operational excellence. He is particularly
passionate about BOSS (Bright Operating System and Solutions), BHPL's proprietary IT/ERP
system, which he envisions as a game-changer for operational efficiency in the hospitality
sector.
Born with entrepreneurial roots, Rajan’s journey in reshaping India's dining landscape began
in 2007 when he established BHPL with a vision to redefine experiential dining. An MBA
degree holder in International Business from Macquarie University (Sydney), his global
perspective and entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in creating BHPL's portfolio
of award-winning brands, including Ikk Panjab, OMO, The G.T. Road, and AMPM Café & Bar.
Under his leadership, BHPL has evolved into a powerhouse serving over 5,000 diners daily,
each venue telling its unique culinary story.
Beyond the boardroom, Rajan is an intrepid explorer at heart. An accomplished motorcyclist,
he owns a prestigious fleet including a Harley Davidson Street Glide, BMW GSA 1250 Adventure
Tourer, and KTM 450 Off-Roader. His most notable expedition includes conquering Australia's
Charles Stuart Highway from Port Augusta to Darwin. His passion for adventure extends to
mountaineering and wildlife enthusiasm, interests that frequently inspire new perspectives
in his professional endeavors.
