She also co-founded second bar Sidecar, which is an artisanal cocktail bar, meant to
redefine the cocktail industry.
Thirsty Three Hospitality the consulting arm of their business, extends expertise to various
bars, restaurants and alcobev brands from product launches, to beverage programs and
