Chef Mayank has honed his skills alongside renowned chefs such as Chef Antonio Carluccio and Chef Rahul Akerkar. His experience spans across some of India’s best known European kitchens such as Olive Bar & Kitchen and Smoke House Deli. Mayank also received a certification from world renowned Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France, where he followed an intensive training in Classical, Mediterranean & Contemporary French cuisine. Mayank’s cuisine is very much a reflection of his personality: generous, sincere and instantly likeable.
