Manoj Gupta is Executive Director & State Head of Delhi & Haryana State Office. In his current assignment he is responsible for Overall Marketing and Operations of Petroleum Products including Auto fuels, Lubes and LPG , in the states of Delhi and Haryana. Leading a team of more than 850 employees and 2200 channel partners. In his previous assignment as Managing Director of Lanka IOC from Apr 2019 to Apr 2023 he was responsible for Formulating policies for LIOC and steering the company towards organizational goals. Co-ordination with the Sri Lankan Govt for the company and industry.
Expanding international trade of Lanka IOC. He has a vast experience in Retail Sales for almost 19 years, serving at four different locations heading under various responsibilities. He is an engineering graduate in Civil Enginnering from MNIT Jaipur and is a Master in Business Administration in ‘Marketing Management’.
