Chef Manjunath Mural is a Michelin-starred chef with over two decades of experience in fine dining, culinary leadership and the global representation of Indian cuisine. Known for combining traditional Indian flavours with contemporary techniques, he has built a distinguished career across India and Singapore, bringing regional Indian gastronomy to international audiences. A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bangalore, Chef Mural began his career developing a strong foundation in Indian cooking and kitchen operations. He worked closely with master chef Sanjeev Kapoor, gaining valuable experience in classical Indian techniques and structured kitchen management. He subsequently led the northern Indian specialty restaurant Pakhtoon before taking up senior culinary roles at Sahara Amby Valley and The Retreat at Madh Island. He later joined Marriott Renaissance, Powai, as Junior Sous Chef.
