A young aspiring entrepreneur, entering the F&B world, Gaurav Kanwar for the first time in
India introduced the Harajuku Tokyo Cafe, a unique QSR chain. In collaboration with renowned
chefs from Tokyo and Osaka, Gaurav has curated the menu ensuring flawless execution with the
highest quality ingredients imported from Japan. Conducting intensive training and R&D in
Japanese baking technique, and painstakingly taking care of every detail from branding
design to the outlet experience, he has been responsible for bringing his vision to life and
shaping this new and exciting culinary experience for people in India, all the way from the
streets of Harajuku, Tokyo.
Gaurav’s exposure to the F&B world came early as a result of his entrepreneurial bent of
mind. As a child, he observed and learned from his father and grandfather’s journey of
building successful ventures in diverse fields which ranged from manufacturing to real
estate
