As an alumnus of IHM Pusa and Kufri Shimla, Chef Khanna has honed his expertise through illustrious tenures at renowned 5-star super deluxe hotel properties like Hyatt Regency, The Taj Mahal Hotel New Delhi, The Park New Delhi, and The Westin Pune. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a natural ability to foster an enthusiastic and productive working environment, leading customer-oriented professionals with finesse. Chef Anurudh Khanna's culinary prowess has earned him prestigious accolades, including the Regional Vice President Award for The Culinary Leader of the Year in 2014 and the Most Innovative Chef of the Year 2018 by BBC Good Food. He was also crowned Executive Chef of the Year 2018 South India.
