The Fern Hotels Signs Fourth Bengaluru Property in Yelahanka

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed Novelle Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Yelahanka, marking its fourth property in Bengaluru and adding to its expansion across South India. The signing takes the group’s operational and upcoming portfolio in the region to 16 properties.

The new hotel will operate under The Fern’s Beacon Hotels brand and is scheduled to open in January 2027. Located in Yelahanka, the property will target both business and leisure travellers, supported by its proximity to one of Bengaluru’s growing commercial and residential areas.

Novelle Beacon Hotel Bengaluru, Yelahanka will have 35 rooms along with an all-day dining restaurant. The hotel will also include a conference room and banquet hall, giving it capacity to cater to corporate meetings, events and social functions.
