The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula Announces Five Senior Leadership Appointments Across Key Functions

The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts has strengthened its executive team with five leadership appointments covering sales and marketing, food and beverage, finance, human resources and culinary operations.

The appointments have been made as the Panchkula property builds its operating team across core hotel functions. General Manager Neelabh Chugh will work with the newly appointed executives, who bring experience across international and Indian hospitality companies.

Varun Goel has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing, bringing over 16 years of hospitality experience. His career includes roles with IHCL, Taj Group of Hotels, Lemon Tree Hotels, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and IHG Hotels & Resorts. He has worked across markets including Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Amritsar, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Dehradun. At The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, he will oversee sales and marketing activities, partnerships and the property's market positioning.

Narender Maan joins as Director of Food & Beverage with nearly two decades of experience across IHG Hotels & Resorts, The Leela, Hyatt Regency, Kempinski, Radisson Blu MBD and The Grand. He will be responsible for the hotel's food and beverage operations and the development of its dining concepts.

Jagdeep Garhwal has been appointed Director of Finance. A Chartered Accountant, Garhwal has previously worked with Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Hyatt Pune and The Lalit Chandigarh. His experience includes hotel pre-openings, financial planning and business support. At The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, he will oversee financial performance, governance and business support.

Ritu Singh has joined as Human Resources Manager, bringing over 21 years of experience across ITC Hotels, Marriott International and Radisson Hotel Group. Her background covers hotel operations, learning and development, quality and human resources. She will oversee people-related functions and team development at the property.

The hotel has also appointed Ajit Kumar Tiwari as Executive Chef. With over 25 years of culinary experience, Tiwari has worked with The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, DoubleTree by Hilton, Vivanta by Taj, JW Marriott, Renaissance Hotels and The Orchid Hotel.

At The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Chef Ajit will focus on the hotel's culinary operations with an emphasis on regional Haryana cuisine. His work will include “The Legacy of Haryana,” a culinary concept based on the state's regional ingredients, traditional techniques and local recipes.

The appointments cover the hotel's key commercial, operational and support functions as The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts builds its leadership structure in the region.
