
Summit Hotels & Resorts has appointed Sudhir Gupta as Corporate General Manager – Finance, as the hospitality company works to strengthen its corporate finance structure while expanding its hotel portfolio across India.
Gupta brings more than 15 years of experience in hospitality finance and financial operations. His new responsibilities will include overseeing the finance function across Summit Hotels & Resorts, with a focus on financial controls, reporting systems and processes supporting the company’s expansion plans.
His responsibilities included budgeting, financial reporting, business reviews, revenue recognition, taxation, cost and inventory accounting, vendor negotiations and financial controls. His experience covers both individual hotel operations and multi-property finance, including hotel pre-openings, accounting and operating system implementation, performance analysis and financial process development.

Gupta’s appointment is part of Summit Hotels & Resorts’ effort to strengthen its corporate leadership and develop finance and operating systems that can support its growing multi-property portfolio.
