Sula Vineyards Appoints Chaitanya Rathi as Board Director

Sula Vineyards Limited has appointed Chaitanya Rathi as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 6, 2026, as the company strengthens its leadership team while continuing to expand its wine tourism and hospitality business.

Rathi returns to Sula after spending more than a decade with the company across two leadership stints. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer from 2019 to 2023, where he oversaw multiple business functions, led a team of more than 400 members, and played a key leadership role in the company's Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2022.

His association with Sula began in 2006, and during his first tenure from 2006 to 2013, he helped establish and expand the company's wine tourism and hospitality operations. Today, Sula welcomes more than 400,000 visitors annually through its growing wine tourism and hospitality portfolio.

Outside Sula, Rathi has held senior operating and investment roles across consumer businesses and currently serves as the Founder of Searchlight ETA, an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and Search Fund platform in India.
