Restaurant India News: Ventive Hospitality Appoints Amit Sachdeva as AVP Operations Amid Expansion Push

Ventive Hospitality Limited, a listed hospitality platform backed by Panchshil Realty and Blackstone, has appointed Amit Sachdeva as Assistant Vice President – Operations. The move comes as the company prepares for its next phase of expansion and aims to strengthen execution across its portfolio.

In this role, Sachdeva will be responsible for improving operational performance across properties. His mandate includes streamlining efficiencies, strengthening guest experience benchmarks, and supporting ongoing growth plans. He will also manage core operational functions to ensure consistency with the company’s broader business strategy.

Sachdeva brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked across luxury and upscale hotel segments. He most recently served as General Manager at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. His previous roles include Cluster General Manager for Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott, as well as Assistant Vice President at The Camellias by DLF. His career also includes senior assignments with Marriott International, AccorHotels, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and The Imperial, New Delhi.

Over the years, he has handled operational turnarounds, delivered consistent revenue growth, and built performance-driven teams. His track record includes improving results across rooms and food and beverage divisions, while maintaining strong guest satisfaction metrics across multiple properties.
