Restaurant India News: Tim Hortons India Rolls Out New Pistachio-Inspired Menu for Festive Season

Tim Hortons India has introduced a new Diwali Festive Range across its stores nationwide, focusing on pistachio as the core ingredient. The collection has been curated to align with India’s festive consumption patterns, blending traditional ingredients with the brand’s signature menu formats. The new offerings are available from 1 October 2025 at all Tim Hortons locations across India and can also be ordered via Zomato and Swiggy.

The pistachio-themed range includes five new products designed to provide customers with multiple formats — hot, cold, and sweet. It features the Pistachio Latte, Pistachio Hot Chocolate, Pistachio Matcha, Pistachio Dream Frappe, and Pistachio Donut. Each item combines local festive relevance with international-style product execution, aiming to give customers new ways to celebrate the season.

Tarun Jain, CEO, Tim Hortons India, said, “The festive season is all about joy, togetherness, and creating cherished memories with loved ones. At Tim Hortons, we wanted to capture that spirit in our own way. Our Special Festive Range celebrates pistachio — an ingredient which has been a part of the Diwali celebrations through various traditional and indulgent recipes since as long as one can remember and, in that sense, invokes warm memories and nostalgia of happy times spent with family and friends. Each creation we crafted in this collection is designed to add warmth, delight, and a touch of indulgence to every festive moment. At Tims, we believe in making everyday indulgences feel extraordinary, and this festive range reflects that promise.”

By spotlighting pistachio, Tim Hortons India connects its global beverage and bakery formats with a local festive ingredient that holds cultural significance. The approach reflects a strategic effort to integrate seasonal themes into its menu innovation, which is a growing trend among international QSR and café brands operating in India.

The Diwali special range is positioned to address consumer demand for indulgent yet celebratory menu options during the festive season, a period that typically drives higher footfalls and increased average order values for foodservice operators. By offering both in-store and online availability, Tim Hortons India is aiming to capture a broad consumer base across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery channels during the peak festive months.
