
The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced several senior leadership appointments across its portfolio, aimed at strengthening operations and enhancing guest engagement. These appointments cover properties in Daman, Diu, Bhiwandi and Mumbai, underlining the group’s focus on growth, service quality and operational efficiency.
Niraj Kumar Singh has been appointed General Manager for The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Daman (95 rooms), Nest Beacon Resort Daman (26 rooms) and Nest Villa (5 rooms). With more than 20 years of experience at brands such as Le Méridien, Carlson and Hilton Hotels, Singh will oversee guest experience, revenue management, gross operating profit (GOP), property upkeep and employee engagement. He has also introduced structured daily and weekly communication practices with the management and ownership teams to align operational and strategic goals.
Rajeev Singh has taken charge as General Manager of The Fern Residency Bhiwandi-Pimplas. With over two decades of hospitality experience, including leadership roles at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Diu, Park Regis Goa and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, he is tasked with driving property operations, guest experience and revenue growth. His expertise in improving service standards and operational performance is expected to strengthen the property’s appeal for both business and leisure travellers.
Hiren Joshi has been promoted to Operations Manager at The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort Diu and Kamnath Zinc Journey by The Fern Diu. With six years of association with The Fern Hotels across Rajkot and Jamnagar, Joshi has also worked with The Leela Palace, Taj Falaknuma and Alila Diwa, Goa. In his new role, he will focus on guest satisfaction, team leadership and operational improvements while driving growth and service excellence at the Diu properties.
Mohit Sawant has been promoted to Operations Manager at Galaxy Beacon Hotel Mumbai, Santacruz. Bringing 25 years of industry experience, particularly in operations and front office management, Sawant will oversee all aspects of hotel operations with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and achieving gross operating profit targets. His prior roles at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts and The Leela Palace have equipped him with expertise in brand standards, sustainability and audit readiness.
