
TATA Starbucks has introduced a revamped Starbucks Rewards program, adding a new Reserve tier alongside the existing Green and Gold membership levels. The updated loyalty program is designed to offer faster reward accumulation, simplified redemption and additional benefits for customers across different engagement levels.
Under the revised structure, customers joining the program will enter the Green tier, where they can earn rewards and redeem them more easily. Members who accumulate 1000 Stars within a year of joining will be upgraded to the Gold tier, while those earning 5000+ Stars during the same period will qualify for the newly launched Reserve tier.
Reserve members will receive a personalized black membership card featuring their name and the year they joined the program.
The revised rewards structure allows members to earn 1 Star for every Rs 10 spent, while Gold members will earn 1.2X Stars and Reserve members 1.3X Stars for every Rs 10 spent. The company has also reduced redemption thresholds, enabling members to access rewards more quickly.
In addition to faster earning and redemption, the program includes benefits such as personalized offers, birthday rewards, milestone celebrations, Double Stars Days and member-exclusive promotions. Higher-tier members will also receive benefits including Free Customized Mondays, accelerated Star earnings, exclusive merchandise, curated coffee experiences, invitations to special events and other exclusive privileges.
