Stuffed Food LLP has introduced its first multi-brand dining outlet in Kondapur, featuring three new concepts—ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar. The venture aims to bring a more modern and convenient approach to Indian food. It is led by Ankit Patel, known for his work with The Marich, and Sandeep Kintali, who brings operational expertise from the hospitality sector. Their combined experience shapes a model built for scale, focusing on efficient operations and consistent food delivery.
“We identified a clear gap in the market where quick-service either compromised on health or authenticity,” said Ankit Patel, Founder. “With ST-UFF, Yolk Theory, and South Coffee Bar, we’re not just serving food; we’re reinventing beloved staples. We’re giving Hyderabad a taste of the future of Indian casual dining—one that is inventive, Instagram-worthy, and deeply rooted in flavour.”
Each of the three brands brings a distinct format. ST-UFF introduces a stuffed, protein-forward take on idlis with items such as Chicken Keema Idli and Beetroot and Carrot Idli. Yolk Theory focuses on egg-based street-style dishes including the Egg Southern Sixty-Five and Nargisi Egg Kheema. South Coffee Bar offers traditional filter coffee options, sourcing beans directly from Chikmagalur, with drinks such as Bellam Bliss and Madras Degree Filter Coffee.
Chef Amar and his team follow a “Modern South Indian Fusion” approach that combines traditional South Indian cooking with global influences. Ingredients include traceable produce, farm-fresh eggs, and idli batter sourced from a leading Hyderabad kitchen.
The 64-seater space is built as a community-centric venue with a layout designed for fast service and clear brand storytelling. A dedicated coffee bar allows guests to view the brewing process and understand the product more closely. “Our ‘Guest First’ philosophy means we deliver fast, friendly service without ever compromising on the soul of a home-cooked meal,” said Sandeep Kintali, Co-Founder. “We’ve built this brand for the youth, the professionals, and the families of Hyderabad—a place they can call their own.”
Positioned in the affordable casual dining range at Rs 300 to Rs 400 for two, the outlet will offer dine-in, takeaway, and delivery. The company plans aggressive expansion across South India and major metros, targeting 50 outlets within two years. Stuffed Food LLP also aims to connect with local communities through events and partnerships with gyms and corporates to promote accessible and healthier dining choices.
