
Spezia Bistro has opened at Magnum Global Park, Gurgaon. The new outlet features an alfresco, fountain-side dining area along with Parisian-inspired interiors. The space is designed to offer a relaxed setting for brunches, lunches and evening meals, with a warm and elegant ambience.
The menu includes a mix of comfort food and new additions such as Lasagna Bites, Crème Brûlée and a range of hearty soups. The bistro continues to serve its popular dishes including signature Pan Pizzas, Garlic Knots, Thai Chili Noodles, Toscana, Chocolate Nirvana Slice and Tiramisu, which are among its customer favourites.
The beverage menu has also been refreshed with new offerings such as the Spicy Jamuntini, a desi-inspired cocktail, and Peach Elderflower, a light and floral drink suited for daytime dining. The brand said it remains focused on people-first hospitality, drawing inspiration from global hospitality philosophies to ensure warmth, consistency and service quality across its outlets.
