
Rosetta Hospitality has appointed Nisha Sharma as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms and Guest Experience at its Sakleshpur property. The move is aimed at strengthening on-ground leadership and improving operational execution across guest-facing functions.
Ms. Sharma brings over 17 years of experience in the hospitality sector, covering rooms division operations, front office management, and guest engagement across domestic and international markets. Her career includes roles with organisations such as Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Extended Stay America, and Aloft Abu Dhabi.
At Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, she held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Operations, Business Development and Acquisitions, where she worked on growth strategy and oversaw operations across the portfolio. Prior to that, she was Director of Operations for India, Maldives and Africa, managing service standards and operational performance across markets. Her earlier roles included responsibilities in rooms division management and learning and development, including Corporate Rooms Division Learning and Development Manager, where she worked with property teams on training and operational processes.
Her experience also includes operational roles with Marriott International, W Maldives, and Aloft Abu Dhabi, where she handled front office operations and guest relations in international hospitality environments.
Within the industry, Sharma is known for her focus on team management, process optimisation, and execution of brand standards at the property level. Her role at Rosetta Hospitality will involve overseeing rooms division operations and guest-facing services, with an emphasis on improving service delivery and operational consistency.
