
Pour Over Coffee Roasters (POCR) has opened a new café at Santushti Complex in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The launch strengthens the brand’s presence in the city’s growing specialty coffee scene.
The café has seating for 45 guests and features amphitheatre-style seating, lounge seating, and comfortable chairs. It is designed for quick coffee visits, relaxed sit-downs, and small community gatherings. The outlet is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Founded by siblings Ritika Sharma and Aditya Sharma, Pour Over Coffee Roasters focuses on making specialty coffee more accessible. Aditya Sharma, a certified coffee professional trained in Florence, leads the brand’s coffee programme.
POCR places strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and traceability. The brand sources 100% Arabica, single-origin beans from estates in Chikmagalur, Coorg, and Sikkim, along with select international coffees from Ethiopia, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and Indonesia. All coffees are roasted in small batches.

A long-standing cultural hub in Chanakyapuri, the complex attracts a diverse audience from diplomats and expats to artists, professionals and students making it a natural fit for Pour Over’s inclusive and community-first approach,” explains Ritika Sharma, Co-founder of POCR.

Our brewing culture is simple, come over to our café and enjoy your cup brewed to precision from temperature to ratio, or request for beans ground to your size and choice of house blends, we make sure you get freshly ground beans at your door," adds Aditya Sharma, Co-Founder of POCR.
POCR began its journey in Malviya Nagar with a store-in-store roastery, followed by its flagship outlet at Khan Market. The Santushti café represents the brand’s smaller, everyday café format. The brand also focuses on sustainability through energy-efficient roasting, biodegradable packaging, and local sourcing, while exploring ways to reuse spent coffee grounds.
