July 7 launches in Pune, it’s a place built around memories and meaningful moments. The name comes from a personal date when Founders Krishna P. Khetle and Narendra Jichkar first met, reflecting the idea that some days and meals stay with you long after they pass.
Located in Pune, July 7 is designed as a calm escape from everyday life. The space blends indoor and outdoor areas, fills the room with natural light, and offers cozy corners alongside high ceilings. It feels warm, intimate, and relaxed.
The interiors, designed by Minnie Bhat, are simple yet stylish. Warm colours, natural textures, soft lighting, and minimal details create a soothing atmosphere. The mood shifts through the day, from bright mornings to relaxed evenings with gentle music and ambient lighting. Key features include a live kitchen with a woodfire oven, a full bar, café seating, alfresco dining with live music, lush greenery, striking chandeliers, and a banquet space that can host up to 200 guests.
The menu reflects Chef KK’s 24 years of experience and travels across 48 countries. It is modern, seasonal, and balances comfort with innovation. Signature dishes range from global favourites to playful Indian interpretations, with local touches that connect the menu to Pune’s palate. The menu is designed to evolve over time to keep the experience fresh.
The beverage program is equally considered. Cocktails use techniques like smoking, slow roasting, and sous vide, and are crafted to suit different moods. Drinks here are meant to be experienced, not rushed. In Pune’s growing dining scene, July 7 stands out for its warmth, quiet confidence, and emotional connection. More than a meal, it is a place where memories are made.
