P.F. Chang’s has opened a new restaurant at Unity One Elegante Mall in North West Delhi, expanding its footprint in the capital. The brand, known for its wok-based cooking and Asian-inspired menu, is targeting a growing dining market in the NSP area with this launch.

The opening is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy across urban centres in India, with a focus on locations that attract a high volume of dine-in customers. The Delhi market continues to remain a priority for the brand as it looks to scale operations in metro cities.

Founded in 1993, P.F. Chang’s operates more than 300 restaurants across 20+ countries and follows traditional wok cooking methods developed over 2,000 years. The menu combines global offerings with adaptations for local preferences, including vegetarian options for Indian consumers.

The restaurant continues to focus on its high-temperature 700-degree wok cooking process, which is central to its food preparation. The menu includes established dishes such as Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Dynamite Shrimp and Orange Chicken, along with localised offerings and vegetarian selections. Other items include noodles, desserts, sushi and beverages suited for seasonal demand in Delhi.
