
NOD Hospitality has entered Delhi’s café market with the launch of NOD – Rhythm Atelier in Punjabi Bagh, introducing a neighbourhood café concept built around everyday dining and repeat customer engagement rather than occasion-based visits.
The new outlet reflects changing consumer preferences, where hospitality businesses are increasingly focusing on experience-led formats designed to become part of customers' daily routines. Positioned as an all-day café, NOD – Rhythm Atelier caters to multiple dining occasions, including breakfast, coffee breaks, work meetings, casual meals, and evening dining.
With a seating capacity of 120 covers, the café has been designed to accommodate both individual guests and larger groups throughout the day. The space incorporates natural lighting and a contemporary layout aimed at supporting different dining occasions while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
The menu focuses on approachable and repeat-friendly offerings, including breakfast dishes, smoothie bowls, open toasts, wood-fired pizzas, coffee, juices, and specialty beverages. Signature menu items include Brick Chicken, Whiskey Barrel Coffee, Berry Smoothie Bowl, Crème Brullee French Toast, 10oz Burger, Skillet Prawns, NOD House Dips, and Pesto Buratta with Freshly Baked Balloon Bread.

The company intends to expand the Rhythm Atelier format across major metropolitan markets, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. The expansion strategy is focused on creating a design-consistent and operationally standardised café network capable of delivering a uniform customer experience across locations.
