Pratik Shinde, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, has assumed the role of General Manager at Lotus Eco Beach Resort in Murud. The property is part of the Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd portfolio. Pratik’s expertise in operational management and guest service has been honed across multiple reputed hotels and resorts, where he focused on enhancing profitability while delivering consistent guest satisfaction.

Over the course of his career, he has played a significant role in driving growth and improving service standards at properties such as Baywatch Resort Goa, Express Inn Nashik, Picaddle – The Luxury Boutique Resort Lonavala, Keys Prima Templetree Shirdi, Hotel MBC Citadel Nashik, and The Fern – Heaven on the Hills, Saputara. His key contributions have included optimizing revenue strategies, mentoring teams, and implementing initiatives that improved brand visibility and guest retention.
