JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar has announced the appointment of Ruchi Thapa as the hotel’s new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. The property, positioned as the "Gateway to Mumbai," continues to add experienced professionals to its leadership team to reinforce its food and beverage strategy.

In her new role, Thapa will lead the F&B division at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, focusing on operational efficiency while advancing the hotel’s dining programs and guest experiences.

Thapa brings significant experience from leadership roles at The St. Regis Mumbai, The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Silver Beach Entertainment & Hospitality, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Most recently, she served as General Manager of Operations, Training & Development at Aspect Hospitality, where she was responsible for service excellence, workforce development, and operational innovation.

With a background that spans restaurant management, training, and guest engagement, Thapa is recognized for her ability to merge strategic oversight with on-ground execution. This combination is expected to help drive the property’s food and beverage offerings forward in a competitive market.
