Restaurant India News: JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Appoints Chef Mohammad Amir Qureshi as Sous Chef at Spice Terrace

JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Chef Mohammad Amir Qureshi as Sous Chef at Spice Terrace. He will lead the kitchen with his strong expertise in Indian cuisine, especially curries and tandoor dishes, while highlighting traditional recipes and regional cooking styles.

Chef Amir brings over 14 years of experience across luxury hotels and specialty restaurants in India and the Middle East. He previously worked as Sous Chef at Marriott Navi Mumbai, where he was involved in pre-opening and menu planning, and as Junior Sous Chef at Indian Zone Restaurant in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, gaining experience in high-volume kitchens while staying true to authentic flavours.
