With over 16 years of global culinary experience spanning Italy, Greece, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia, Chef Jacopo brings Michelin-trained expertise, refined technique, and a forward-looking culinary vision to the hotel’s signature restaurant.
Hailing from Italy’s Lake Garda region, Chef Jacopo’s culinary roots are firmly grounded in the traditions of authentic Italian cuisine. His foundation was shaped in Michelin-starred kitchens across Italy, before evolving through senior leadership roles at renowned luxury hotels and restaurants worldwide, including Grand Hyatt Dubai, Hyatt Regency Koh Samui, Marriott International India, and Minor Hotels Thailand.
Known for his creativity, discipline, and uncompromising pursuit of excellence, Chef Jacopo has built a reputation for his mastery of Italian, Mediterranean, and contemporary cuisines. His strengths extend to menu development, culinary innovation, and engaging live cooking experiences, earning him recognition across international markets.
Chef Jacopo previously worked with Marriott International in India between 2016 and 2020, a tenure that gave him a deep understanding of the Indian palate, making his return both purposeful and impactful.
In his new role at Mezzo Mezzo, Chef Jacopo aims to reimagine the restaurant’s identity through modern techniques, premium ingredients, and contemporary interpretations of Italian authenticity.
