
Grand Hyatt Mumbai, one of India’s most distinguished luxury hospitality destinations has promoted Anirban Sarkar as Food and Beverages Manager, effective October 1, 2025.
Anirban, who joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai in August 2024, has been promoted after a year of strengthening the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations. Known for his attention to detail and collaborative leadership, he has helped improve service delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and drive consistency across restaurants and events.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s entire Food & Beverage strategy, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, guest experience initiatives, and team development. His priorities include elevating culinary presentation standards, tightening quality controls, building colleague capabilities, and introducing innovative dining experiences aligned with the hotel’s evolving vision.
Anirban expressed gratitude for the support of the Executive Committee, General Manager Robert Dallimore, and the Food & Beverage team, noting that their guidance and trust have been instrumental in his growth at Hyatt.
