Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels Group, has announced two key leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its brand operations and regional presence. The company has named Satish Semwal as General Manager of Brand Operations at Fortune Park, Haridwar, and Rahul Harish Ghag as Operations Manager for Brand Operations at Fortune Park, Dahej.

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Satish Semwal brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, brand management, and service excellence. In his new role, he will oversee operations at Fortune Park Haridwar with a focus on improving guest experience and building a stronger brand presence in the region.

Satish has previously held senior roles across leading hotel chains including Lemon Tree Hotels, Sarovar Portico, Amatra Dunsvirk Court Mussoorie, Holiday Inn Katra, and Hilton Worldwide India. Prior to joining Fortune Hotels, he served as General Manager at Sarovar Portico Panipat, where he played a key role in enhancing operational performance and market positioning. Known for his people-focused leadership and operational efficiency, Satish is expected to contribute significantly to the brand’s growth trajectory in Haridwar.

Meanwhile, Rahul Harish Ghag joins Fortune Park Dahej as Operations Manager with 17 years of industry experience in hotel operations, guest services, and revenue optimisation. In his new capacity, Rahul will lead daily operations, ensuring high service standards and a consistent guest experience while driving the brand’s performance in the Dahej market.

His professional journey includes senior positions with reputed hospitality brands such as IHCL, The Residency Hotel, and ITC Hotels. Most recently, Rahul served as Accommodation Manager at Fortune Landmark Ahmedabad, where he was instrumental in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

With both appointments, Fortune Hotels aims to enhance its operational excellence and strengthen its footprint in key regional markets.
