Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels’ Group has announced the appointment of Supriyo Dhali as General Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune SelectSiliguri.
With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Supriyo brings a strong track record in hotel operations, guest engagement and brand-driven service excellence. In his new role, he will oversee the end-to-end functioning of Fortune Select Siliguri, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and strengthening the brand’s regional presence.
Supriyo has previously held leadership positions with leading hotel groups including Sterling Holidays, Lemon Tree Hotels, Club Mahindra, Park Inn by Radisson, Taj Hotels, and ITC Hotels.
Before this appointment, he served as General Manager at Sterling Aravalli, Udaipur, where he successfully led a 70-key upscale resort, improving both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Recognized for his disciplined approach, people-first leadership, and commitment to service excellence, Supriyo is set to play a pivotal role in driving growth and elevating guest experiences at Fortune Select Siliguri.
