Restaurant India News: Nuvola Spirits Launches Mikiamo Meloncello and Seoulmate Soju

Nuvola Spirits Pvt. Ltd, the team behind India’s first authentic Limoncello, has launched two new globally inspired spirits — Mikiamo Meloncello and Seoulmate Soju. Meloncello is the second release under the Mikiamo brand, while Seoulmate marks India’s first locally crafted Soju.

With these launches, Nuvola aims to further its mission of bringing world-inspired, flavour-forward spirits to Indian consumers.
After debuting in Goa, Delhi, Haryana, and Karnataka, Mikiamo Limoncello has gained strong traction. Building on this success, Nuvola Spirits plans to expand its presence to Maharashtra and the Northeast by 2026.

Mikiamo Meloncello is India’s first melon-based liqueur, offering the rich taste of Italian indulgence with a vibrant cantaloupe flavour and smooth, non-creamy texture. It’s ideal for spritzes, highballs, and dessert cocktails. Seoulmate Soju, inspired by Seoul’s lively nightlife, brings a Korean-style spirit crafted in India. Light and smooth, it comes in flavours like Strawberry Mint, Black Grapes, Pink Guava & Chilli, Peach Iced Tea, and Watermelon Bubblegum blending Asian tradition with Indian tastes.

Following a successful funding round in July 2025, Nuvola Spirits aims for gross revenue of ₹7 crore in FY 2025–26 and plans to scale to ₹25 crore within three years. The company’s next investment phase will focus on nationwide expansion, strengthening its position in India’s growing premium and low-ABV segments.
