Epitome has reopened in Mumbai and this time, the city’s beloved vegetarian fine-dine lounge returns with a bold, reimagined identity. The all-new Epitome promises a multisensory experience where indulgence meets imagination, pairing dramatic interiors and high-energy live events with an evolved food and cocktail philosophy.

With its striking new design and electric atmosphere, Epitome transforms dining into a spectacle blending light, sound, and art to create what the brand calls a “hellishly beautiful” world. The relaunch marks a fresh chapter for the restaurant, one that goes beyond fine dining to deliver a fully immersive journey through flavour, design, and emotion.

This culinary evolution is Chef Akshay Kale, Development Chef at Acme Hospitality, who redefines vegetarian cuisine through a global lens. The menu showcases inventive dishes inspired by Asian, Latin American, Mediterranean, and Indian influences from Cream Cheese Avo Tartare on Kataifi Nest and Truffle Mushroom Baklava with Parmesan Emulsion, to a Japanese-style Tokyo Caesar with Tenuki & Crispy Nori and Miso Garlic Linguini tossed in house-made chili oil. The showstopper dessert, Dubai Bling Bling, brings the drama with pistachio cream, kunafa, chocolate, and gold leaf, crafted tableside for maximum flair.

Epitome’s bar program, led by Mixologist Mahesh Panigrahi, introduces “Twelve Tales,” a cocktail menu inspired by global ingredients and stories. Each drink is crafted as a narrative, featuring elements such as kokum, jaggery, elderflower, yuzu, and matcha reflecting both international sophistication and Indian soul. At the helm of Epitome is Jigar Sanghvi, the visionary entrepreneur whose creative instinct and love for reinvention drive every chapter of the brand’s evolution.
