Restaurant India News: ELIVAAS and Alivaa Hotels Partner to Expand Hospitality Distribution in India

ELIVAAS and Alivaa Hotels & Resorts have formed a strategic sales and marketing alliance to strengthen distribution capabilities and widen market access across leisure and corporate travel segments in India.

The agreement aligns two hospitality players with complementary portfolios, enabling mutual support in sales, marketing, and brand representation for their respective assets. The collaboration is expected to enhance visibility across distribution channels, including trade partners and booking networks, while maintaining independent brand positioning.

ELIVAAS has been scaling its presence in premium leisure markets through its brands ELIVAAS and Alaya Stays, focusing on private villas and experience-led stays tailored for group travel, events, and destination-led consumption. In parallel, Alivaa Hotels & Resorts operates across midscale to upscale categories with its brands Alivaa, The Hoften, and Xenious, catering to both leisure and business travellers across multiple locations.

From an industry standpoint, the partnership reflects a distribution-led growth model, where cross-representation is being used to improve market reach without altering ownership or operational control. The structure allows both companies to leverage each other’s strengths—ELIVAAS in the villa and experiential stay segment, and Alivaa in the traditional hotel ecosystem—while continuing to operate as separate entities.

Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO of ELIVAAS, said, “As travel demand becomes more diverse across leisure, corporate and experiential segments, distribution partnerships are becoming increasingly important for hospitality brands. This alliance allows both organisations to leverage complementary strengths in sales outreach and market access, while continuing to operate and grow our respective portfolios independently.”

Vikramjit Singh, Founder of Alivaa Hotels & Resorts, added, “This alliance marks a significant milestone for Alivaa and ELIVAAS. By combining our portfolios and expertise with ELIVAAS, we are confident that we can achieve deeper penetration and a greater competitive advantage to both the brands.”

The alliance comes at a time when hospitality operators are increasingly focusing on collaborative distribution strategies to address fragmented demand across segments. By combining inventory visibility and sales outreach, such partnerships are emerging as a cost-efficient way to scale presence across diverse travel categories without heavy capital expansion.
