Throughout his career, Gill has led pre-opening hotel projects, improved guest satisfaction metrics, and represented hospitality brands in highly competitive markets. His international experience includes his tenure at Avista Hideaway MGallery Hotels in Phuket, Thailand, where his efforts contributed to the property achieving a 94 percent score in the LQA Audit—a testament to his focus on service delivery and operational standards.

Within India, Gill has held leadership roles with several prominent brands, including Welcome Hotel by ITC (Jim Corbett), Club Mahindra, Ambassador Pallava, Avasa Hotels, and Acacia Goa. His work has consistently focused on enhancing customer experience and building efficient, high-performing teams. Additionally, he has supported brand visibility through media interactions, influencer partnerships, and corporate collaborations.
