
EatFit, a Curefoods brand has announced the launch of EatFit Lab, a new, delivery-first food concept designed to bridge the gap between delicious, restaurant-quality meals and functional health goals.
Moving away from traditional cuisine-based menus, EatFit Lab introduces scientifically structured around specific health and wellness outcomes.
“With Eatfit lab, we’re introducing a new way of thinking about food. Consumers today are sophisticated; they’re tracking their protein, prioritizing gut health, and looking for ways to boost energy and focus. EatFit Lab is our answer to that. We’ve built an entire ecosystem that delivers on specific wellness goals,” shared Ankit Nagori, CEO and Co-founder, Curefoods.
The menu brings this to life with its diversity; for instance, it features everything from nutrient-balanced bowls and pizzas with protein-enriched dough to gut-friendly meals packed with fiber-rich and fermented ingredients. All of these items are crafted to support satiety through higher protein and fiber content, making them a delicious way to align with powerful nutritional principles and feel your best.
This also includes GLP-1 friendly and brain fuel dishes that leverage the power of Omega-3s and antioxidants. Specialized post-workout recovery meals focused on essential nutrients like magnesium and complex carbohydrates are also part of the menu. The concept was developed through a collaborative process involving chefs who prioritised flavour and nutrition experts who built the ingredient framework for each functional category.
Launching as a delivery-first service, EatFit Lab’s food is be available to order in the Delhi NCR region via Swiggy and Zomato.
