
Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has announced a leadership update within its Rooms Division, promoting Avinash Chandola to Rooms Division Manager and appointing Anju Rathore as Front Office Manager.
Avinash Chandola moves into the role after serving as Front Office Manager at the property. With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he has been involved in managing front office operations, improving guest satisfaction metrics, and building team performance. In his new position, he will oversee both Front Office and Housekeeping functions, with responsibilities including operational coordination, guest feedback systems, and loyalty programme engagement through Marriott Bonvoy.

Anju Rathore joins as Front Office Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience in front office operations and guest experience management. She will be responsible for overseeing arrival and departure processes, maintaining service consistency, and managing guest engagement at the property. Her experience includes handling high-volume operations and leading cross-functional teams.
