Cabami by Minimalist Hotels, a rooftop dining bar opens in Varanasi. Cabami has been designed as a vibrant social space that combines elevated dining, handcrafted cocktails, and energetic nightlife experiences.

Located atop the hotel property, Cabami features contemporary rooftop interiors with ambient lighting, curated seating, and a setting that transitions seamlessly from relaxed evenings to lively late-night gatherings. The concept aims to create a fresh social hub where food, music, and conversations come together in an upbeat atmosphere.

Speaking about the launch, Gautam Munjal, Founder of Minimalist Hotels, shares, “With Cabami, we wanted to create more than just a dining space, we wanted to build an experience that reflects how people socialise today. It is about great food, strong cocktails, and an atmosphere that feels vibrant and engaging. Varanasi felt like the perfect city to introduce this high-energy rooftop concept, and this is just the beginning of what we envision for Cabami.”

The menu offers a mix of Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese, and Pan-Asian flavours with Indian influences. Signature dishes include Lemongrass Crunch Prawns, Peppercorn Blaze Chicken, Shahi Malai Brioche, and the Tokio Crunchy Roll. The rooftop bar complements the menu with handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, and signature drinks.

With its high-energy vibe and globally inspired offerings, Cabami is set to emerge as one of Varanasi’s newest lifestyle and dining hotspots. Following the launch, Minimalist Hotels also plans to expand the Cabami concept to cities including Udaipur and other locations across India.
