Benedict’s, a new all-day dining destination launches in JP Nagar, South Bengaluru. The neighbourhood diner-style restaurant offers a breakfast-to-dinner format centered on continental comfort food and Mediterranean-inspired flavours, aiming to create a relaxed yet full-service dining experience.
Designed with warm yellow and blue tones inspired by the charm of 1970s diners, Benedict’s combines nostalgic interiors with a contemporary all-day dining format, adding a fresh diner culture to Bengaluru’s evolving food scene.
The menu highlights a variety of breakfast classics and globally inspired egg dishes, including The Classic Benedict, Turkish Eggs served with Greek yogurt and garlic sauce, Shakshouka infused with ghee roast masala, and Chawanmunshi paired with Parsi Akuri eggs. Beyond breakfast, the restaurant serves an extensive all-day menu featuring familiar comfort dishes with layered flavours and refined preparation.
A strong focus has been placed on scratch-made components, with the kitchen preparing in-house flavoured butters, brown butter hollandaise, signature sauces, and egg-based dishes influenced by Turkish, Egyptian, and Parsi cuisines. The beverage menu features sake, soju, and wines, curated to complement everything from leisurely brunches to evening meals and casual gatherings.
“We wanted to create a space where breakfast isn’t restricted to mornings and diners can settle in at any hour of the day. Benedict’s was built around the idea of serving familiar comfort food with consistency, warmth, and the kind of quality that keeps people coming back regularly.” says Krish Nayak, Co-founder of Benedict’s.
