Bayroute, Mumbai’s definitive destination for fine Middle Eastern dining has launched its Kebab & Mezze Menu, a curation that celebrates the region’s most beloved culinary traditions. Started in October, this signature menu brings together soulful mezze and flame-grilled kebabs, paying homage to age-old recipes while presenting them with Bayroute’s hallmark refinement and artistry.

The menu unfolds as a culinary journey through the Middle East, weaving together smoky dips, warm salads, and flame-kissed kebabs steeped in spice and tradition. Standout dishes include Zucchini Keftedes, a Greek-inspired delicacy paired with harissa cream cheese; Paneer Shish Kebab, marinated in sumac, green chilli, and garlic pesto before being chargrilled to perfection; and the bold, fiery Aleppo Kebab, served with whipped muhammara. Guests can also indulge in the saffron-infused Pardanasheen Kababi, enriched with Kashkaval cheese; the iconic Iranian Chelow Kebab, complemented by saffron labneh; and fragrant Moroccan Charmoula Prawns, brushed with saffron and preserved lemon.

The mezze selection is equally indulgent, reimagining heritage recipes with contemporary finesse. Highlights include the delicate Warak Enab—vine leaves stuffed with Mediterranean rice and herbs, served alongside creamy labneh; Bayroute’s Signature Muhammara; Moroccan-inspired Zaalouk; earthy Dark Hummus; and jewel-toned Beetroot Borani, crowned with crisp kataifi. Comforting staples like Hummus Balila and the fiery Hummus Pimento complete the spread, ensuring every mezze tells a story of tradition elevated with artistry.

Guests may also craft their own platter, selecting any three kebabs and mezze, accompanied by pita bread, smoked olives, pickled vegetables, and fresh herbs. Designed for sharing, the menu exemplifies Bayroute’s ethos of indulgence and balance, turning dining into an immersive experience.
