Restaurant India News: BANNG Gurugram Hosts Alice Cheongdam for an Exclusive Bar Takeover

BANNG is set to host an exclusive cocktail takeover as Alice, Seoul is one of Asia’s most celebrated bars and a regular on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list since 2016  brings its imaginative mixology to India. The event will be held on 27th September from 8PM onwards.

The evening will be led by Eggsy Seong, the creative mind behind Alice, known for showcasing his inventive cocktails across Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, Taipei, Berlin, and more. As part of his three-city India tour, with stops in Bangalore, Mumbai (at Bandra Born), and Gurugram, Eggsy will take over BANNG for one night only. From 8 PM onwards, guests can experience four of Alice’s signature creations.

The specially curated menu features Hippity Hoppity with vodka, ice wine, fino sherry, apricot, kiwi, and camellia, served in Alice’s rabbit tiki glass, 7.Face to Vase with a delicate blend of sake, eucalyptus, mango, and coriander, topped with an edible flower, Quack Quack with duck fat whiskey with sweet potato, balsamic, and stout beer, finished with beer foam and a duck meringue and K.Foggy Fongo with single malt whisky with frankincense, sherry wine, and nuts, served with edible fog, a mushroom cream cookie, and pepper grind. 

With its playful flavours, theatrical presentation, and Seoul-inspired creativity, the takeover promises an evening of bold, unforgettable cocktails at BANNG.
