AnnYatra, a vegetarian fine-dining concept that has opened its first flagship outlet in Delhi NCR. The brand is positioning itself within the niche space of structured, experience-led vegetarian dining, focusing on regional Indian cuisine presented through a curated format.

AnnYatra’s core offering is designed around a course-based approach, where each dish represents a different Indian state.
