
AcQua Café & Bar, the new poolside café and bar at The Aaureum Resort and International Convention Centre, officially opened on 2 May, adding a new hospitality and dining format to the city’s growing leisure segment.
Positioned as a poolside dining and social destination, the venue combines food, beverages, and live entertainment within the resort property. The concept includes a curated menu of cocktails, mocktails, and contemporary dishes, with a focus on evening dining and event-led experiences.
The launch evening featured performances by a percussionist, violinist, saxophonist, and an Afro Indie DJ, supported by a coordinated light and sound setup. The organisers stated that the entertainment-led format introduces a style of programming not commonly available in Bhilwara’s hospitality market.
Sandeep Maitraya, Founder & Director, Crimson Hotels, said, “AcQua Café & Bar is an important addition to The Aaureum. With this, we wanted to create a poolside space where evenings feel relaxed with great music, special curated cocktails and a setting that people love spending time in.”
Rahul Choudhary, Director, Navkar Group, said, “Our idea was to create a space that knows exactly what it stands for. Something easy to understand, dependable in its experience and comfortable enough for people to keep coming back to.”

The opening reflects a broader trend in tier-2 hospitality markets, where resorts and hotels are increasingly investing in experiential dining formats and entertainment-driven venues to expand customer engagement beyond traditional accommodation offerings.
