Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre Appoints Malabika Das as Director of Sales

Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have appointed Malabika Das as Director of Sales, as the integrated hospitality destination strengthens its commercial leadership to support growth across the MICE, weddings, corporate, leisure and social event segments.

In her new role, Das will oversee the sales function for both properties, focusing on strengthening market relationships, expanding business opportunities, enhancing revenue generation and supporting the continued growth of the hotel's corporate and social events portfolio.

Das brings more than 16 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development, customer relationship management, revenue generation and strategic planning. Before joining Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & HICC, she served as Director of Celebrations at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort & Spa, where she was responsible for revenue generation, strategic planning, budgeting and team leadership.

Her previous experience also includes serving as Assistant Director of Sales at Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, where she managed revenue generation, customer engagement and sales operations. She has also held leadership positions at ErevMax Pvt. Ltd., The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, JW Marriott Kolkata, Hyatt Regency Kolkata, Creative Horti Farms, and ITC Sonar Kolkata, handling corporate sales, group business, weddings, catering, account management and market development.
